Participation is limited to youth teams (boys and girls) from clubs affiliated for the current season with national federations that are members of the IHF (International Handball Federation).

• U16 Boys and Girls: born in 2011 and 2012
• U14 Boys and Girls: born in 2013 and 2014

Each team may register a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 16 players.

The official rules of the FIGH and IHF apply. The tournament consists of a preliminary round followed by head-to-head matches to determine final standings, semifinals, and finals.

• Game duration: 2 halves of 15 minutes each (1 timeout per team per game).
• Ties in knockout matches: 5 penalty kicks per team (and penalty shootouts if necessary).

• Accommodations: At the school complexes in Mordano and Bubano and in other designated facilities. Participants are expected to bring their own air mattress and sleeping bag; it is also possible to rent an air mattress directly from the organizers for €10 for the entire duration of the tournament, subject to prior reservation. Restrooms are available at the school facilities, and showers are available at the competition gyms.
• Mat Rental: Inflatable mats can be rented for €10 for the entire duration of the tournament.
• Coaches and Chaperones: Must stay at the school facilities with the team or at partner hotels in the area, always with the team.
• Parents: Parents, family members, and friends who wish to accompany the athletes during the tournament may contact the organizers to receive information and guidance on available accommodations.
• Documents: A valid form of identification (ID card or passport) is required for each athlete and must be presented at every match.
• Insurance for Foreign Athletes: Foreign participants must arrange their own insurance in their country of origin.
• Excursions: Includes a packed lunch provided by the organizers for March 29. There is the option of a free extra night’s stay on the night of March 29, with departure on the morning of March 30.

Registration is considered official upon payment of the team registration fee (€100) plus 30% of the individual deposits within 15 days of the application.

• Registration Deadline: January 31, 2027 (or until all spots are filled).
• Confirmation of Number of Participants and Final Payment: By March 3, 2027.
• Deposit: €200 per team, to be paid upon arrival to cover any damages (refunded upon departure).
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellation by March 3, 2027: full refund minus €250 for administrative fees.
  • Cancellation from March 4 to March 21, 2027: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation after March 22, 2027: no refund.

📍 Event details: The tournament will take place from March 26 to 29, 2027 in gyms in the municipalities of Mordano, Imola, Lugo, Faenza and Massa Lombarda (depending on the number of participating teams).
